Welcome to EchoMyMood.
These User Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the EchoMyMood mobile application and related services ("EchoMyMood," "App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using EchoMyMood, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
EchoMyMood is a personal journaling, mood tracking, habit tracking, and self-reflection application.
Depending on the features available in a particular version of the App, EchoMyMood may allow users to:

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region to use EchoMyMood.
If you are under the age required to independently consent to data processing under applicable law, you may use EchoMyMood only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use EchoMyMood if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where the activity results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
EchoMyMood allows you to create and store personal content, including journal entries, reflections, mood information, habit information, photos, tags, and other content you voluntarily provide ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.
By submitting User Content, you grant EchoMyMood a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your journal entries, photographs, or personal reflections.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our systems.
EchoMyMood is designed for personal organization, journaling, self-reflection, and habit tracking.
The Service is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or emergency service.
Any mood trends, patterns, summaries, recommendations, or insights presented by EchoMyMood are intended for general informational and self-reflection purposes only.
EchoMyMood does not provide:
You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for medical, psychological, or mental health concerns.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.
Certain features may request access to photos, camera, notifications, or other device capabilities.
EchoMyMood requests access only when reasonably necessary for a relevant feature.
For example, photo access may be requested when you choose to add a photo to a journal entry.
You may manage permissions through your device settings. Restricting a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.
EchoMyMood may use third-party service providers and software development kits ("SDKs") to operate, analyze, secure, and improve the Service.
Depending on the version and configuration of the App, these services may include:
Adjust may be used for attribution, campaign measurement, app performance measurement, fraud prevention, and related analytics.
Adjust may process certain technical or device-related information in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable configuration.
EchoMyMood may use Meta SDKs, including Facebook SDK components, for functions such as analytics, attribution, authentication where applicable, or measurement of app interactions.
Where data is used for tracking as defined by Apple's applicable policies, EchoMyMood will request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework where required.
EchoMyMood may use Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or other Firebase components, for application analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and service improvement.
The specific Firebase services enabled may vary by App version.
We may use additional infrastructure, analytics, security, cloud storage, authentication, or operational service providers as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Third-party providers may process information on our behalf subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy requirements.

Your use of EchoMyMood is also governed by the EchoMyMood Privacy Policy.

EchoMyMood may use analytics and attribution technologies.
Where applicable law or Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework requires user permission for tracking, EchoMyMood will request the appropriate permission before conducting tracking covered by those requirements.
You may decline tracking permission.
Declining tracking permission will not be used as a condition for accessing core functionality of EchoMyMood.
Certain analytics or attribution functionality may be limited when permission is not granted.
The EchoMyMood application, including its software, interface, branding, logos, visual elements, text, and other materials provided by EchoMyMood, is owned by or licensed to EchoMyMood and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Service or its proprietary materials.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, or feedback regarding EchoMyMood, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that such use does not identify you in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but EchoMyMood may occasionally be unavailable because of:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, update, add, or remove features from EchoMyMood from time to time.
We may also release different features or functionality in different versions or regions.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide an appropriate notice where required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your EchoMyMood account through the account deletion functionality provided within the App, where available.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or de-identify account-associated information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Information that has been aggregated or irreversibly de-identified may not be capable of being associated with your account.
Account deletion may be irreversible.
You may stop using EchoMyMood at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoMyMood is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
EchoMyMood should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoMyMood and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide reasonable notice through the App or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of EchoMyMood after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Agreement will be governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
